Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre

Kirkwood McLean has completed a Feasibility Study and early stage designs for the new Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre on behalf of the RSPB. The new building and landscape will act as a gateway to the world-renowned forest and the most important ancient woodland site in the UK. Working alongside our project partners, Barker Langham, we created an interpretative visitor experience that integrated the new building with the forest environment, to provide enhanced access for all to the National Nature Reserve and to the places and events of the wider region.
