Having recently vacated their former premises the Client appointed Kirkwood McLean in 2012 to investigate the existing site and its disparate factory buildings in order to discover the potential for redevelopment. Over a period of several months we tested the site’s capacity to accommodate a mix of uses and identify the likely permissible planning envelope. The project is ongoing and is currently at planning pre-application stage.
